Ms. Fiorentino has more than 15 years experience working in commercial real estate, alternative investments, finance and business transactions – both as a lawyer and as a banker. Prior to serving as the President of The Fiorentino Law Firm, P.C., Ms. Fiorentino served as a Managing Director, Head of Transactions & Structure and the Head of Real Estate & Alternative Investments, respectively, for the Debt Capital Markets Divisions of two international corporate and investment banks. In these roles, Ms. Fiorentino originated, structured, advised and distributed a variety of loan, bond and hybrid products across numerous asset classes, most notably real estate and asset-based (including project finance-type) transactions. Ms. Fiorentino also practiced law at the international law firm of Dechert LLP in London and New York working in its Real Estate, Finance and Securitization Group representing a variety of market players, after beginning her career practicing law with one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Oregon representing Fortune 500 Companies and closely-held businesses in connection with a variety of commercial business matters.
Ms. Fiorentino is active in various professional organizations, including the New York City Bar Structured Finance Committee and the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA). Ms. Fiorentino is also active in certain charitable organizations and communities, including NYU Langone Medical Center, FACES, Gladney Center for Adoption and Autism Advocacy.
Ms. Lucevic represents clients in various real estate and real estate finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating deal documents, performing due diligence and facilitating closings. She also advises small businesses in a variety of formation and related matters. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Lucevic spent many years working with several international non-profit organizations managing programs and raising funds, including programs in support of the International Criminal Court, and developing relationships with foundations, international organizations and sovereign governments.
Ms. Lucevic is involved with the Queens County Women’s Bar Association and the New York City Bar. She is a founding member of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian Film Festival, now in its thirteenth successful year. Ms. Lucevic is fluent or proficient in 5 languages, including Croatian, German and French.
